EaseDrop - From Unwanted to Preferred

You continue to, in your natural flow and process, become clear about what it is that you prefer and what you don’t prefer in your life experience. This is a natural process that is happening all the time. It is very much part of the human experience.

As you bring conscious awareness and intentionality to it, it becomes even more of a vehicle to enhance your wellbeing. When you encounter something that you do not prefer - be it within you or in your life experience - you can ask yourself: Ok, I don’t like this. What is it that I do prefer? And then bring your attention there.

It is enough to acknowledge that you do not prefer something and then release it lovingly. Every time you notice something that bothers you, it is a great opportunity to ask yourself: What would I rather experience here?

If, in that moment, you do not know what it is you desire instead, you can always ask for more wellbeing on this subject.

As you focus on more wellbeing in regard to this subject and tune into more wellbeing, over time you will realize what your desire is. It is one step in the flow of moving toward your new, desired experiences.
